Survey of Open Source GIS
The world of open source geospatial software is extremely rich: multiple projects in multiple languages, each serving particular functional categories. How to make sense of all this diversity? This survey covers the major projects in each develpment language and gives background information about functionality provided and inter-relationships with other projects.
