Refractions Research is a geospatial systems consultancy, providing a full suite of services, from architecture and design, through to implementation and delivery. Our staff are experts in geospatial software and programming, including tools from ESRI, Oracle, Google, Microsoft and Autodesk. Refractions is a promoter and developer of open source tools for geospatial, in particular the PostGIS spatial database (postgis.refractions.net) and uDig desktop application framework (udig.refractions.net).
